- Dr. Nikhil Arbatti is practicing as an exclusive spine surgeon for last 10 years, after completing his postgraduate training in orthopaedics
- His basic medical graduate & postgraduate training in Orthopaedics have been completed from South Gujarat University in Surat, where he secured a gold medal in graduate medical programme
- He started his spine training under Dr. Sajan Hegde - Consultant Spine Surgeon - in Apollo Hospitals Chennai, in the SPINE unit
- He did his 1st fellowship from C.M.C Vellore, under Dr. Roy Thomas Daniel. Here Dr. Arbatti was trained to perform spine surgeries with the help of microscope
- Subsequently He has done fellowships in Endoscopic & Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery from South Korea, and also a fellowship in Complex Cervical spine reconstruction surgery from U.S.A.
- Also he has twice been selected for the prestigious IGASS fellowship in France & Germany
- Dr. Nikhil has worked as a consultant Spine Surgeon, in M.I.O.T hospitals Chennai, for more than 3 years, where he helped setup the Minimally Invasive Spine unit
- Till date Dr. Nikhil.Arbatti has done more than 3000 spine surgeries, out of which more than 800 are minimally invasive or Endoscopic Spine Surgeries
- Mostly Dr. Nikhil Arbatti has been performing all his surgeries either through minimally invasive or endoscopic approach since the last 3 years. These surgeries form majority of his spine surgeries nowadays
- He is attached to several corporate hospitals in Mumbai & Surat, and is available for consultation in these hospitals
